One way we do this is through our custom products because many times off-the-shelf filtration systems are not the answer to our customers' needs.
We have a new catalog out with some great products for our residential appliance, commercial kitchen, HVAC and industrial clients. Take a look at some of the highlights below and let us know if you have any questions!
Products included in the new catalog:
Aluminum Mesh and Combinations
Custom and standard aluminum mesh filters are both available for purchase. These filters are framed with formed aluminum channel that is connected with rivets. The filter media is made up of multiple layers of expanded aluminum that is bonded together. You can also get custom or standard aluminum carbon filters, which have a layer of nonwoven poly pad that is impregnated with activated charcoal.
Carbon Pad Filters
You are also able to choose from custom or standard carbon filters. These filters also have a poly pad with activated charcoal, but this is sandwiched between galvanized, expanded metal. It is good for absorbing cooking odors.
Lens Filters
Custom and standard aluminum lens filters are available. These have a frosted plexiglass light lens. Custom and standard aluminum carbon lens filters are also available and have a carbon pad. Custom size carbon lens filters have a charcoal impregnated nonwoven polyester pad sandwiched between two layers of electro-galvanized expanded steel with a frosted plexiglass lens.
Special Filters, Combinations and Materials
Aluminum mesh basket filters, wing filters, round flat mesh filters and round dome filters are used both in ducted and non-ducted range hoods to filter grease and dust particles. You can also choose a smoke filter made from a thin and flexible aluminum frame that filters smoke and odor. Plastic lenses and bulk materials are also available.
Electrostatic Furnace Filters
Custom and standard electrostatic filters are available. They are made with a heavy gauge aluminum frame with a double riveted corner, outer layers of corrugated aluminum and inner layers of electrostatic, anti-microbial materials and polypropelene.
Panel Filters
SHIELD panel filters are for high flow applications where capturing heavier debris and durability are issues. There are heavy duty aluminum panel filters, standard HVAC aluminum panel filters, aluminum kitchen grease baffle filters and galvanized steel kitchen grease baffle filters as well.
