We quickly addressed the issue with the damaged order and got chatting with the customer, uncovering an astonishing revelation. The filter he was seeking was to replace one that had been part of a neighborhood in a "This Old House" project.
This beloved TV show, which many of us have fond memories of, showcased the restoration and renovation of historic homes. And in one particular project in Concord, Massachusetts, a kitchen was designed by none other than the legendary Julia Child herself. The fact that our filter was used in that very kitchen brought us immense joy and pride.
