We are a family-owned business that has been around for a very long time. Duraflow Industries is based in Wakeman, OH, and is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing quality filters at competitive pricing on accelerated lead times. Our history goes back to the 1970s.
From Michigan To Arizona
Duraflow Industries started in the 1970s when a man from Michigan could not find a range filter for his home. He called hardware stores around his area to find out if they would purchase a customized filter for ranges inside homes. They agreed, and Duraflow Industries began.
At some point, the man moved to Arizona, along with Durafllow Industries. After about 15 years of thriving in Tucson, Arizona, he sold the company to some friends, who then moved the company to the Phoenix valley area. The company was briefly changed to "Trust Rate Filters" during this timeframe but was changed back once the company was moved to Ohio.
Finding Duraflow's Home
The company was bought out in 2007 by our current CEO, Mark Sliman. Mark then switched the company's name back to Duraflow Industries and moved it to its current location in Wakeman, Ohio. And since 2007, Mark has managed to take the company from $100,000 a year to a few million dollars per year in profit. Duraflow will continue to grow in the coming years as we improve our filters and soar in our industry.
